Any help out there? How satisfied are you with this response? That was when I had Windows 7 32bit installed. Yes, I know Logitech Quickcam is very old and not officially supported in Windows Sorry for being such a old dweeb, but I can't find the above mentioned file on the Logitech downloads pages!
Buy a new cam.
